Заявители полагают необходимым в рамках жалобы №75947/11 уведомить Суд о мерах воздействия, предпринимаемых Российской Федерацией в преддверии представления ответов на вопросы Европейского Суда.
Так, Председатель Центральной избирательной комиссии РФ указал на ряд мер, которые будут применены в отношении Заявителей, а именно – проверки Министерства Внутренних Дел. Указанные меры не предусмотрены законодательством РФ и не имеют аналогов в практике.
Заявители полагают, что проверка правоохранительных органов не будет являться единственной мерой морального давления, оказываемой РФ на Заявителей и просят Суд учесть данное обстоятельство при рассмотрении дала.

Within the framework of Application №75947/11 the Applicants find it necessary to notify the Court on a number of corrective actions taken by the Russian Federation before submitting response to the questions posed by the European Court.

Thus, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission announced a number of actions to be taken in respect of the Applicants, specifically an examination to be conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The abovementioned measures are not stipulated by the Russian legislation and have nothing comparable in the case law.
The Applicants suppose that the examination conducted by the law enforcement agencies will not be a sole example of moral coercion on the part of the Russian Federation in respect of the Applicants; the Applicants ask for the Court to take it into account in considering the Application.
